Tandem Games
A new company with roots in an old school of thought, Tandem Games strives to provide a great environment rather than dominating competitors. If the job can be truly enjoyable and coworkers can be honest friends, the line between work and play fades and the product reflects the inherent fun. Tandem Games is genuinely about fun for all.

Aaron Murray - Code / Biz / Design
Born with Atari joysticks for hands, Aaron was fortunate to have parents who supported him through the controversial surgery to have them replaced with Nintendo controllers. Since then he has been collecting appendages of various types and storing the memories in government bonds to make it through difficult economic times. When he isn't racing cars, restoring arcade machines, playing pinball, ruling Catan, rolling fortitude saves, or taking the family to Chuck E Cheese, Aaron finds time to run a small independent studio named Tandem Games out of Austin, TX.

Charity Wood - Art / Concept Artist
I've been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. I was one of those annoying kids who knew, unwaveringly, what they wanted to be whenever anyone asked the question. I wanted to be a Jedi...oh wait...I wanted to be an artist. My love of all things entertainment pointed me on a steady course, and in 1982 when I got my Vectrex for Christmas, it all came into focus. Art Job + Video games = fun had by all....Weeeeeee.

Natasha Haggard - Art / Technical Artist
Natasha loves drawing, painting, and especially - fantasy world-building...which can be blamed on Lev Kassil's "The black book and Schwambrania" - her favorite book as a kid.

She studied art and animation at The Art Institute of California, Los-Angeles, and since then has worked in a variety of both traditional and digital media for a number of companies.

Natasha lived all over the world (namely, various places in Russia, Israel, Canada and the USA), but in early 2008 she and her husband decided to make Austin, Texas their home. Other than making art, Natasha loves coffee, weird sci-fi stuff, target shooting, home improvement projects and wrestling with her dogs.

Fernando Baz - Art / Design
Fernando Baz moved to Austin, Texas from Monterrey, Mexico to study 2D animation. In the summer of 2008, his childhood dream of making video games became a reality when, as part of Team 1UP, created a game titled 'Bone Apart' (youtube it!) Today, he continues living the dream as an artist for Tandem Games. Not to neglect his love for animation and film, he stays in collaboration with friends and colleagues in the creation of short animated films. The Guardian Legend, Okami and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night are some of his favorite games ever.

On top of that, he can seriously whoop you down in Street Fighter 2. Just ask around.

Danielle Braden - Artist
Born and raised in Austin, TX, Danielle has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a crayon in her hand without eating it. She loves all things cute crazy and weird, especially of the Anime and Manga variety.
She graduated in 2008 from Austin Community College with an Associate of 2D Animation specializing in Character Design and Illustration. Since then, she has collaborated on a 2D animation short as a lead character designer, done various commission designs and websites.
When not working, you can find Danielle...well...working of course! She runs an Anime club at her not-so-local Library, does commission work when possible, and continues to work on her portfolio and websites. Some of her favorite games are: Earthbound, Secret of Mana, any of the Zelda games, and Okami. She also loves cooking, trying new foods, puppies, apple pie, and spending time with family and friends.

Drew McGee - Writer
An avid fiction reader and gamer, Drew has always sought an audience and a venue for the stories that crawl around in his head. The interactive side of gaming provides a challenge for story creation unlike any other medium but real life, and it is from real life that he finds inspiration. Even in the most outlandish settings with the wildest characters, Drew believes the basic aspects of human interaction and daily struggles are what make good stories truly resounding. After all, who hasn't overcome numerous obtacles only to discover the princess is in another castle? Drew is an active member of the IGDA and a committee member/Austin Czar for the IGDA Writer's Special Interest Group. He has a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and currently works as a game writer, blogger and software tester.

Troupe Gammage - Music
Troupe Gammage was born and raised by two musicians in Austin, Texas. As a kid he stumbled upon the computer music scene and started composing game music electronically, a passion that has driven him for nearly a decade. After holding game-related internships (Ninjaneering/GameCamp!) throughout high school and attending two sessions of the exclusive GRAMMY Camp (once for film scoring, once for game music), he focused efforts on honing his compositional skills for a career in game audio. After studying Music Composition at the University of Southern California, Troupe decided professional experience would be more directly beneficial to his musical goals. After returning to Austin from Los Angeles, he fell in with the illustrious Fat Man, at first as an Assistant and Intern. After a short time, his responsibilites expanded to include additional music and sound production, and then to original audio for complete projects. Over the past year he has built a steady resume of projects on platforms ranging from Xbox 360 to Vegas Slot Machines, working with Microsoft, Disney, Screenlife, Multimedia Games, Critical Mass Interactive, and many others. Despite forays into the realms of indie rock and electronica, Troupe has constantly striven to improve his skills in game music composition, be it NES chiptunes, driving contemporary electronic beats, or full-scale orchestral epics.
